CHER4LIFE.COM guarantees the proper working condition of the products we sell since they are tested before each shipment. We trust you will be absolutely satisfied with your product purchase.

CHER4LIFE.COM the manufacture's warranty is enclosed with each product. If you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase without question. In lieu of charging a 15% re-stocking fee for products returned, freight is not refundable. For a refund of your product purchase price, enclose a copy of your receipt. We will credit the purchase price back to your credit card, or issue you a refund check, excluding shipping and handling charges.

should the product received be damaged, incorrect product, or not the right quantity of products, there is a 10 day period in which you have from recieving the product to notifying the company so this can be corrected.

Merchandise will be accepted for return in "brand-new" condition with original packaging only on MINIMUM ORDERS OF $20.00.

If our products show any type of malfunction* during their warranty period, we will ship the exact replacement item with no additional shipping charge. Once the returned item is received, with a copy of your receipt, we will mail the replacement item. However, an additional shipping charge will apply for exchanges.

Freight will be calculated according to weight and size of package(s). For large items, we will contact you by phone or E-mail with the actual freight information to confirm total purchase amount.

Customer service is available for freight estimate M-F 9:00 to 5:30 PST In most cases, order will be shipped within 24 hours during weekdays. You will receive order confirmation and update information by email.
