How to do 4life business in Korea

a) Click sign up 4life distributor in Korea

After you click the "country Select" on the right corner, as you can see the picture below:

Second, fill out the online Form

How do I place an order?

1. Place your order at 4life.com website
a) Log onto korea.4life.com

2. Enroll by Mail/Fax or Email
a) Fill out your distributor application form and mail it to:

b) Email your completed order form to: Customer@4lifejapan.co.jp.*

Place your order in person
a) Products can either be picked up at the Korea office or shipped for free(above 66,000KRW)
b) Order payments can be made with cash, credit cards (most of credit cards are available; except Samsung Card). Any faxed order payments by credit card need to have a copy of the front and back of the card attached for verification

Is an Autoship required?
